Sundance Lake Residents Association 2026 Annual General MeetingThe Sundance Lake Residents Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held:
Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
Location: Sundance Lake Residents Association Ltd. – Banquet Hall
63 Suncrest Way S.E., Calgary
Registration opens at 6:15 p.m.
We encourage all members to attend and stay informed about the business and governance of the Association.
The AGM provides members with an opportunity to receive updates on the Association, review Association business, elect members to the Board of Directors, and participate in matters brought before the membership.
Attendance:
The AGM is open to SLRA members in good standing only. Members must bring their valid Sundance Lake membership card for verification and check-in.
Unable to Attend? Vote by Proxy:
If you cannot attend, you may appoint another eligible person to vote on your behalf using the Proxy Form. Proxy form must be filled out in full to be accepted and submitted to the office by 7pm on Tuesday, November 3rd.
