Show your pride in our community by helping clean up trash along the streets of Winsted. By giving just several hours of your time, you will ensure that our town stays clean, water flows clearly, and the precious native plants and wildlife that share this land with us are able to thrive. This is a great opportunity to show our children what it means to be part of a community as they journey into the future. :)
We will meet under the tent in East End Park, Winsted across from the Dairy Queen at 9:30 AM. Vests, grabbers, gloves, and bags for trash will be provided, but please feel free to bring anything of your own. A dump truck will be centrally located for easy trash bag disposal, and this year, we will have maps of sections throughout Winsted to hand out to make sure we are covering the most ground we can!
Pizza from several local restaurants will be served at 11:30 AM.
