It is also a time to say a heartfelt farewell as Bishop Michael prepares for a new chapter in his ministry as Metropolitan-elect of Canada and Archbishop of Winnipeg for Ukrainian Catholics. While it is difficult to say goodbye, this evening gives us an opportunity to gather as one family, share our gratitude and memories, and send him forward with our prayers and very best wishes.
