Join Beautify Shasta for the Annual Community Creek Cleanup. Previously hosted by the City of Redding, Beautify Shasta has been handed the torch this year!We will focus on Calaboose Creek the Parkview Park trail and creek area off Park Marina Drive in Redding! 🌿
While the park itself is in ok shape, minus some light W**d eating, we’ll be concentrating our efforts on the nearby creek corridors that flows into the Sacramento River, helping remove litter and care for an important waterway and greenspace in our community.
This area experiences a high amount of use and ongoing impacts, so every volunteer makes a difference in helping restore and maintain the space for everyone to enjoy.
📍 Meeting Location: Parking lot by the VFW Hall at 163 Locust Street, Redding.
🕘 Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

🎒 What to Bring:
• Water
• Comfortable work clothes
• Sturdy shoes
• Sun protection
All ages are welcome, and no experience is needed, just a willingness to help make a positive impact in the community 💚
