About this Event
Hear Anne share stories from her life among the thinkers, activists, and organizers behind bold ideas for social change. Stay afterward for an informal reception and a chance to chat with Anne and fellow guests.
"Strap on your seatbelt for a wild ride with some of the most creative actors of the past half century, from Jean-Paul Sartre to Bella Abzug to Shirley Chisholm. Anne Zill was present at the birth of many of the biggest and boldest ideas of the past half century to end wars, to protect the Constitution, to empower and elect women, and to raise hell in all the best ways. And, she had a lot of fun along the way. For the many progressives who shudder in the face of huge obstacles, this book will inspire you to create the new institutions that can stop fascism in its tracks."
- John Cavanagh, Senior Fellow, Institute for Policy Studies
