Svět umění je prostoupen mantrami makání a odříkání, kde naše sny (o které má jít především) téměř vždy narazí na hradbu „reality“ a kde není jasné kde končí umění a začínám já? Společně se budeme bavit o zdrojích uměleckého výkonu. Zaměříme se na otázku individuální a kolektivní zodpovědnosti a prozkoumáme své sítě vztahů. Cílem workshopu je poznat osobní i kolektivní nástroje, které můžeme vytáhnout ve chvílích nejvyšší potřeby. Jak obývat prostředí uměleckého světa, abychom z něj těžili nejen jako jednotlivci, ale i jako scéna? Kde se berou kapacity, jak se udržují a jaký je k tomu potřeba gear?

Anna Chrtková
je umělkyně, kurátorka a scénografka. Vystudovala scénografii na Janáčkově akademii múzických umění a Teorii interaktivních médií na Masarykově univerzitě v Brně. Společně s Petrem Dlouhým je kurátorkou dramaturgické řady Y Events v Divadle X10 a je členkou unaveného uměleckého kolektivu Monika. Je držitelkou ceny Za imaginaci na PQ2019 za projekt Praha není Česko. Aktuálně dokončuje doktorské studium na DAMU v Praze; ve svém uměleckém výzkumu se zabývá scénografickou prací, kurátorskou akcí a nástrojům tvorby společenských prostorů.
Workshop je součástí programu Artist to Artist v rámci projektu CULTIVATOR – a cultural ecosystem for collective change. Projekt je podpořen z fondů EU Kreativní Evropa, Ministerstva kultury ČR a hlavního města Prahy.

The art world is driven by mantras of hard work and self-sacrifice, we are left in a place where our dreams almost always hit a wall of ‘reality’, not being sure where does art end and our self start. Together, we will discuss resources of our artistic performance. We will open the question of individual and collective responsibility and explore our relational networks. The aim of the workshop is to identify the personal and collective tools we can draw upon in times of greatest need. How can one move through the art world so all of us can benefit, not only individual few? Where do capacities come from, how are they maintained, and what type of gear do we need?

Anna Chrtková
is an artist, curator and set designer. She studied set design at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts and Theory of Interactive Media at Masaryk University in Brno. Together with Petr Dlouhý, she curates the Y Events programme at Divadlo X10 and is a member of the tired artistic collective Monika. She is the recipient of the ‘For Imagination’ award at PQ2019 for the project ‘Prague is not the Czech Republic’. She is currently completing her PhD at DAMU in Prague; her artistic research focuses on scenography, curatorial practice and the tools for creating social spaces.
The workshop is part of the Artist to Artist programme within the CULTIVATOR project – a cultural ecosystem for collective change. The project is funded by the EU’s Creative Europe programme, the Czech Ministry of Culture and the City of Prague.
