A fan for fans ribbons gathering event. There is NO host, this gathering is not sponsored by anyone, it’s just con attendees who want an early chance to trade their ribbons and/or earn ribbons before the con officially starts. This will be a short and sweet session for myself as I will be leaving early and preparing for the con and having a nice dinner with friends. Individuals may be able to stay later as long as you follow hotel policies and use common sense by not blocking doorways, escalators, emergency exits, etc.If I recall correctly, there were several people still trading ribbons in the early hours in the AM on Day 1 at last year’s location. The game plan is to get the same area as the last ALA.
The Day 0 ribbon will be bigger but have a much limited quantity, I expect them to be gone on day 0.
Lastly, I will have special goodie ribbon bags for VIP con buddies with exclusive limited ribbons inside.
There is NO OFFICIAL DISCORD for this event, however I don’t mind if the administrators of the ALA Ribbon group post about it on their official page.
