Andrea Kenny Ep launch RIPPLES
Sooo I’ve sat on this a while for any reasons, drip feed in a couple of tracks. This last 12 months have been quite tumultuous to say the least (for many reasons) and getting to the point where I felt I had the energy and passion to do an actual headline solo show to release my new ep (it’s been a long time coming I know! I’m sorry!)
But I am now chuffed to say that there will be a launch show for this!
I know it’s not particularly an orthodox way of doing things considering how music stuff is done these days but I still hope you will come out and show support and come to the gig and see some other amazing acts!
More details to follow!
But firstly I’m so excited to introduce the main support act for the event- the amazing DRYADIC to you all! I have know Zora from her Tatsmith days way back in Brighton and these guys are brilliant and making waves around uk festivals….
"Anthemic, feminist alt-folk agitators Dryadic fuse rootsy folk with melodic pop, soaring vocals and vibrant fiddle. Their latest album Permission to Speak landed this February. Expect an electrifying live show of singalong hooks, layered harmonies and raw energy – from foot-stomping feminist protest songs to dreamy, epic folk ballads.”

More act announcements to follow…
Now as you may see this show is on December 18th! So that’s known as ‘mad Friday’ apparently so for that reason and I also must be mad and as a thank you to all who’ve supported and be so patient this gig will only be a £5 entry to make it as accessible as possible financially for people just before Xmas but also means it’s first come first serve so there won’t be online tix ! Just come pay on the door upstairs at firebug.. but please please show up! It means everything to me and it also means I can pay the amazing acts supporting me!
Love you!
