About this Event
Are you an E1-E6 military family in need of food assistance? Join us for a Drive-Up Food Distribution event designed to support military service members, veterans, and their families during the ongoing government shutdown.
This event aims to address food insecurity and financial hardships faced by our military community. Families can drive up to the clinic’s main parking lot, where essential food donations will be distributed in a safe and efficient manner.
Additional Resources:
- Information on other services and support available during the shutdown.
- Collaboration with VVSD community partners, including Amazon Fresh, Feeding San Diego, and other non-profits, to provide comprehensive assistance.
This initiative is non-partisan and focused on compassionately meeting the immediate needs of our military and veteran community.
FOOD DONATIONS WELCOMED.
We invite our community to come together and support our military families by donating essential food items for this drive. Your generosity can make a meaningful difference for E1-E6 service members and their families who may be facing food insecurity during the government shutdown. Non-perishable items such as canned and boxed goods are especially needed. Donations can be dropped off at , now through November 13 during clinic hours.
By contributing, you’re not only providing vital resources but also showing our military community that they are valued and supported. Let’s join forces to ensure no family goes without the essentials they need! Together, we can make a difference for those who serve our country.
