This 2 hour Concert Restorative Event is designed to gather up all stagnant inner energy that may be hindering your emotional growth this fall season, release and transmute it to vibrant energy as the winter approaches.
Join Corinne McCleish - Tranquil Soul Instructor, Reiki Master and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner to:
> Lay in contentment as you experience the sounds of chimes, ocean drum, hand drums, bass drum, ocarina, irish whistle and hypnotic chanting.
> Clear out any negative emotions and reset your energy field. Move forward from whatever is holding you back or simply to feed your spirit as the instruments allow you to connect with your inner self.
>Learn about the use of sound healing and how soft wind instruments and percussion instruments can help you find mental calm, emotional release, and clear out inner energy blockages.
>Enjoy a short and slow seated stretch sequence to calm and soften in the physical body that is suitable for everyone.
Rest yourself in comfortable, supported restorative yoga poses to open the body.
>Finish up with a warm savasana scented spa towel while being guided into a self dedicated meditation and affirmations for the winter to come.
