Join One Heart Wild on Sunday, November 8, at noon at the historic Lynwood Theatre on Bainbridge Island for a special viewing of Rescued Hearts, presented by Sound Equine Veterinary Hospital.Rescued Hearts is a powerful documentary exploring the miracles, mystery, and science of healing with horses. Inspired by a life-changing moment when a 7-year-old child diagnosed with autism spoke his first words while interacting with a horse, filmmakers Dana Croschere and Krisanna Sexton set out to understand what makes the horse-human connection so powerful.
Through real stories, raw vulnerability, and scientific insight, Rescued Hearts is an invitation back to the heart, where healing, presence, and possibility begin.
These themes are at the heart of our philosophy at One Heart Wild, where we believe healing and growth happen through mutual respect, trust, and relationships that honor the well-being of everyone involved.
Stay after the film for a special talk by One Heart Wild’s founder, who will share more about our work, our philosophy, and the relationships that inspire what we do.
Every $10 ticket purchased will help support the animals who call One Heart Wild home, contributing to their ongoing care, comfort, and forever home.
We are so grateful to Sound Equine for sponsoring this event. 🙏
