"Pride and Prejudice" is a wickedly funny romantic comedy that brings Jane Austen’s ultimate battle of the sexes to roaring life on stage. When the wealthy, brooding Mr. Darcy rolls into town, he instantly clashes with the brilliant, razor-sharp Elizabeth Bennet. He is too proud; she is too prejudiced. What follows is a delicious game of psychological chess packed with disastrous marriage proposals, midnight elopements, and social warfare. Jessica Cavanagh’s stage adaptation is a fast-paced and highly energetic theatrical reimagining.Show times are November 12-14 and 20-21 at 7 p.m. and November 22 at 2 p.m. All performances take place at TSC’s Turner Auditorium, 444 Appleyard Dr. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for seniors (60+) and $10 for non-TSC students and children.
