About this Event

Hosted by the Toronto chapter of Konekt Polish Club, guests will enjoy a demonstration of crafting the refreshing Polish Cold Beet Soup (Chłodnik), along with the opportunity to purchase Anna Hurning's cook book for signing. A sample of the soup will be offered as well.

The bar will include Polish paczki donuts, beer, wine & coffee.

$5 entry fee. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Polish Combatants Association.

This program is in English. All are welcome to attend.

Anna Hurning is the chef behind the “Polish Your Kitchen” blog. She loves to talk about food, family and traditions to keep Polish culinary culture alive around the world. She published four cookbooks, the most recent one being the “Polish Your Kitchen, Dumplings and Dragons” a Polish cookbook for kids, which she co-wrote with her daughter, Hanna. The recipes she presents are those that she grew up with and those that we all remember from our Polish homes. More at
