MUDS, PUDS, and PIDS – Provider #10066 – Course #3 1 1 9 3 - REC E – 1 Hour CE

This course will cover the differences and similarities in MUDS (Municiple Utility Districts), PUDS (Public Utility Districts), and PIDS (Public Improvement Districts). Attention will be paid to identifying these types of properties, what the requirements are for disclosure to purchasers, and how to make those disclosures.
