Please join us to celebrate Black and Brown artists and culture with the Beautiful Blackbird Children's Book Festival. Maine Arts Academy students will be showing one of a kind art inspired by "The Night Has Ears" African Proverbs written by Ashley Bryan, "Hair Story" written by Sope Martins and Illustrated by Briana Mukodiri Uchendu, and "Sail Away" by Langston Hughes, Art by Ashley Bryan.
