October’s "Beat the Bartender" is officially on the calendar, and this month, the challenger spot is wide open.
Think you have a cocktail that can take down Eric? This is your chance to step behind the bar, put your recipe to the test, and let the room decide.
HOW IT WORKS
Eric and one ICC member challenger will each create a cocktail for the evening.
Guests become the judges (members and non members). Everyone will receive a complimentary 1 oz sample of each cocktail to taste side by side. Once you’ve made your decision, purchase your favorite cocktail to cast your vote.
One cocktail purchased = one vote.
At the end of the night, we’ll tally the votes and see who takes the October win.
The winning bartender receives a $25 ICC gift card and, more importantly, breaks the tie.
