Launching our New Wellness Program
As day and night meet in perfect balance, we gather at HART Shoreditch to honour the Spring Equinox — a sacred threshold of renewal, awakening, and new beginnings. This special evening marks the launch of a new ongoing wellness program at HART Hotel, created to cultivate ritual, rhythm, and reconnection in the heart of Shoreditch.
Guided by Maria Lodetoft and Levin, this immersive ceremonial experience invites you to step into the new season with clarity, intention, and embodied presence.
We begin with Shamanic Smudge to energetically cleanse the space and ourselves, clearing the residue of winter and creating openness for what is ready to emerge.
From there, Maria will guide a Spring Equinox Meditation accompanied by a candle lighting ceremony. Each flame becomes a personal awakening — an intention planted at the turning of the season, anchoring personal renewal within collective resonance.
The journey then deepens into an Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, where Maria weaves frequencies from Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls to create a multidimensional soundscape. The pure quartz and mineral-infused tones work on subtle and physical levels, supporting nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and expanded states of awareness.
Throughout the sound journey, Levin will offer channelled Reiki healing, moving intuitively through the space to support energetic release, integration, and restoration. The combination of crystalline frequency and hands-on energy work creates a powerful field for transformation and recalibration.
This Spring Equinox Ceremony is both a celebration and an initiation — the first gathering of HART Shoreditch’s new wellness chapter.

About the Facilitators
Maria Lodetoft is a Sound Healer, Energy Healer, and dedicated space holder. She works with Alchemy Crystal Bowls, the gong, and ceremonial ritual to guide participants into expanded states of awareness, deep nervous system reset, and energetic alignment. Her work bridges ancient wisdom and contemporary embodiment practices, creating grounded yet mystical experiences.
Levin is an energy worker, DJ, and breathwork facilitator. His approach blends intuitive healing, music, and conscious breath practices to create transformative journeys that move through both body and spirit. His channelled Reiki work supports deep energetic recalibration and integration.

Arrival Time
No late arrivals will be permitted once the ceremony has begun. The doors will close at the start time to protect the integrity of the space and experience for all participants.
We kindly encourage you to arrive early and enjoy a tea in the bar before we begin, allowing yourself time to settle and arrive fully.
Pregnancy
This event is not suitable for those who are pregnant due to the intensity of the sound frequencies and energy work involved.
Mobility Access
Please note that the ceremony space is accessed via stairs. Unfortunately, the venue may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
