About this Event
Led by GOOD MOVE founder Jules Bakshi and a team of GOOD MOVE facilitators, we’ll spend the first part of our time together building confidence and creativity through playful guided movement exercises, dance-making tools, and collaborative exploration. Then, we’ll take everything we’ve discovered, craft an outline for an improvised dance piece, and perform our ephemeral creation for the public!
ASSEMBLY is an invitation to come as you are, release your attachment to outcomes, let go of perfectionism, and let yourself be seen. You don’t need to be a dancer. You don’t need to prepare anything. All you need is some curiosity, openness, and a willingness to move.
