December 1st we will get together from 6:30-8:30 for a sort of cookie exchange except we are taking that idea to the next level!
How Will It Work:
You will bring 10 identical gifts to exchange. $5-$10 max per gift.
So let us explain...maybe you like the idea of cookie exchange and you make a great Christmas cookie. So you will bring 10 sets* of cookies to the exchange. If you are a great baker? Go for it. Bring 10 sets* in cute Christmas boxes or baggies. *Maybe we say a set is 4-6 cookies each.
But maybe you're the lady who can't bake? Instead you craft...so you go ahead and make 10 handmade Christmas ornaments instead. You put your ten ornaments in 10 separate see-through baggies and voila! You're ready for the exchange.
But maybe you can't bake and you can't craft? So instead you go to Walmart and buy 10 identical cutsie Christmas somethings! Put those cute Christmas somethings in 10 see-through baggies and voila! Now you're ready for the exchange.
I guess what we are saying is that everyone can come out and join in the fun. But all the while keep in mind that each individual gift is $5-$10 max.
What Happens Next:
So then everyone will place their contribution on the tables and Julie Goodridge will set us off to "shop" around for 10 individual different things to take home. 10 cute little gifts...all different than what you came with. It's a Christmas cookie exchange with a twist!!!

-jams, preserves, and speciality foods
-small gifts and creative treasures
And we all know that we always want to have fun but also deeply value growing together in our faith so Heidi Horner will teach us something God's has taught her.
It's going to be fun. And yes, we will feed you a little something too.
