Step into a deeply calming and integrated experience designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, support nervous system regulation, and encourage overall well-being using three ancient healing practices: acupunture, sound, and himilayan salt.
Join us in the beautiful salt cave at Altered States Wellness for a morning of Auricular Therapy & Sound Immersion with Dr. Christine Koehler, LPC-S, ADS. During this intimate small-group session, guests will relax in our Himalayan salt cave while immersed in soothing sound therapy featuring healing frequencies from sound bowls, chimes, and gong vibrations.
Guests will receive a customized auricular acupuncture experience and may choose between:
- $44: Sound experience + 2 acupuncture needles per ear OR 2 ear seeds per ear
- $11 per additional needles or ear seeds (can be requested at the event)
Dr. Christine utilizes the 5-Point Protocol, a gentle and widely used auricular acupuncture method traditionally used to support recovery from addiction, mood disorders, stress, anxiety, and other mental or behavioral health concerns.
Sessions are limited to groups of up to 4 people at a time, creating a peaceful and personalized environment for healing and restoration.
