Living next to life, not really in it, is normal for so many of us. We are easily disturbed, irritated, and disconnected. Every time it happens to me, I realise I'm not present. I've got a visit from the past.Anchored in Presence is a weekend of conscious dance, movement and inquiry, inspired by Michael Brown's The Presence Process. Through conscious dance and embodiment practices, we come back to the body, feel what is alive in us, and learn to move towards the parts of ourselves we would rather push away, with courage and kindness.
No dance experience needed. All your parts are welcome on this dance floor.
