ANCHOR @ Mint Museum - Uptown

Release, recover, and restore with this 1-hour gentle flow class for all levels in Uptown. Class will be streamed through DropSound headphones to tune into your breath and tune out the distractions inside The Atrium or another space around the Mint Museum. When the temperatures cool off, practice will move outdoor on the lawn.

This is an all-levels class so grab your mat, your water, and your friends and come reset with us at The Mint!

Please note that masks will be required inside the Mint Museum.

Parking is available on the street or in the garage off of Tryon for $5 after 5 pm and on weekends

We understand that life is full of surprises and you will not always be able to attend the classes you sign up for. If you can’t come to class, you can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the class starts for a full refund or credit. You may also call or email us to cancel your reservation if you aren’t able to do it online or via the app. If you call, leave a message with your name and the class that you are registered for.

If you are not able to cancel at least 2 hours before the class, but still notify us that you aren’t coming.

However, if you don’t show up and don’t let us know, you will be charged for the class or deducted a class pass credit. We do understand that Life Happens, and are happy to pull your name out of the class without penalty if you call or email us letting us know that you aren’t able to attend class.
