As the wheel of the year turns toward Samhain, we enter a season of reflection, remembrance, and honoring those who came before us. Often called the Celtic New Year, Samhain invites us to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and acknowledge the wisdom carried through the generations.Join Krystal for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra designed to guide you inward on a gentle journey where you'll connect with your ancestors. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and profound relaxation, you'll be invited to reflect on your roots, honor the gifts of your lineage, and cultivate gratitude for the strength, resilience, and love that has shaped your path.
Whether you're remembering loved ones, seeking a deeper connection to your family story, or simply embracing the quiet wisdom of the season, this practice offers a peaceful space for reflection and renewal.
No previous Yoga Nidra experience is necessary. Simply bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable as you settle into rest.
✨ What to expect:
A gentle body scan
A seasonal reflection on Samhain
A 40–45 minute guided Yoga Nidra
Time for quiet integration before returning to the day
Leave feeling deeply rested, grounded, and connected to yourself, your story, and the changing season.
Yoga Nidra is done laying down in a restful position. If you'd like to use our props and yoga mats, you're welcome to them.
