🍂 Ancestor Retreat with Queer SanghaThe leaves change into vibrant colours, and then they fall. Nothing stays as it is, and the season slowly shows us how to let go.
Join us for a day of meditation practice and gentle movement, turning toward impermanence, compassion, and honouring those who came before us, whether blood family or chosen family who have passed. Thich Nhat Hanh teaches us that our ancestors are present in every cell of our body.

🍂 Please bring an object for the communal altar, a water bottle, a cushion, a blanket, a yoga mat, your lunch, and snacks to share. Objects may honour blood family or chosen family who have passed.
🍂 Wear comfortable, cozy clothes for stationary and optional movement practices

Dana/Sliding Scale Payment:
Sliding scale range: $30-50 (limited income, receiving social assistance, students, underemployed, managing financial stress)
Suggested range: $60-80 (financially comfortable, employed, can pay without stress). Covers the actual cost of running the retreat
Supporter range: $80-100 You are welcome to contribute more if that feels sustainable for you. Higher payments help keep spots accessible for those with less financial access and help to support this space and our teachers!
