"I hope you’re hungry for some hearty German music, and maybe a small French dessert, if there’s space in your stomach. In this recital, the full Brahms Sonata for Clarinet and Piano in F minor will fill the soul and comfort the senses. To challenge the mind and awaken the imagination, miniatures from Berg and Stockhausen decorate the dinner plate and leave you inspired with a new understanding of the range and extremes of classical art music. There is no good meal without a sweet treat at the end of it all, and Poulenc will send you in the sweetest food coma with his delightful and electric Duet for Two Clarinets. Delicious!" — Lily Tamir-RegevJohannes BRAHMS Clarinet Sonata No. 1 in F Minor, op. 120
