An introduction to professional stained glass making.

Sophie Hussain is one of the UK's leadingpractitioners in stained glass. She was a tutor on the BBC Masterclass and has received many prestiogios commmissions over the years.

This course aims to provide you with all the key skills to undertake your own independent stained glass projects. Over the two days, you will learn the principles behind creating stained glass. You will have hands on practical experience of safely cutting glass suing professional tools. Choosing the appropriate colurs and explore the possibilities of painting on glass, fusion and etching.

On day two, you will assemble the cut glass according to the plan. Cut the lead and solder the completed piece.
