About this Event
Step away from the noise of daily life and join us for an intimate Sound Journey designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of balance and ease.
Unlike larger sound bath events, our Community Sound Journeys are held in a small, cozy studio where every participant is welcomed into a comfortable reclining chair—no yoga mat required.
Each session begins with a customized guided meditation created specifically for that evening’s theme, helping you settle into a state of deep relaxation before being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and restorative soundscapes.
As the vibrations wash over you, many participants experience a sense of stillness, mental clarity, emotional release, or simply the rare opportunity to fully rest.
Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or simply looking for a peaceful evening of self-care, this experience offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
No experience is necessary. Simply arrive, recline, and allow the sound to carry you.
