About this Event
Life Harvest is a warm and grounded gathering created for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect as we move into a new season.
Together, we will take time to acknowledge what has grown in our lives, gather the wisdom from what we have experienced, celebrate what we have accomplished, and consider what we are ready to carry forward—or gently set down.
Our evening will include:
• Guided meditation
• Gentle restorative movement
• Intentional reflection
• A reflective card practice
• Aromatherapy
• Gratitude and meaningful connection
Each woman will create a personalized Himalayan salt aromatherapy inhalant to take home.
Seasonal refreshments will also be served, including warm chai tea with homemade cinnamon and vanilla-bean honey, fresh harvest apples, and a light fall-inspired treat.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. This gathering is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and free from pressure or expectation.
WHAT TO BRING
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Blankets and pillows will be provided. You are also welcome to bring an eye covering if you enjoy using one during meditation or restorative practices.

Danielle Webb McNichol is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500 yoga educator, Licensed Aesthetician, and experienced bodywork practitioner. Through Come To Being, she offers grounded mind-body practices that support reflection, restoration, movement, and meaningful connection.
