About this Event
Please join us for an exclusive tasting focused on the inaugural release of Artemis Domaines' newest Estate, Vignoble des Cabottes.
Created to give a distinct identity to 35 hectares of exceptional Côte de Beaune terroirs, the Domaine spans the Grands Crus of Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet and the Corton hill to leading Premiers Crus of Meursault, Volnay and Beaune, including Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus.
The philosophy is deeply site-driven, combining meticulous biodynamic farming with a precise, restrained hand in the cellar, allowing each climat to emerge with clarity and individuality. The resulting wines emphasize purity, tension, and finesse.
The host, Nick Sacks from Artemis Domaines, will share stories and a curated selection from the Domaine including:
- Meursault Les Clous
- Beaune Clos Saint-Landry 1er Cru Monopole
- Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru
- Beaune Clos de La Mousse 1er Cru Monopole
- Beaune Les Grèves Vigne de L'Enfant Jésus 1er Cru
- Le Corton Grand Cru
