For those familiar with the Naples Winter Wine Festival, Chef Valette's name represents one of the event's most sought-after dining experiences. His intimate dinners, paired with his acclaimed Valette Wines, have drawn extraordinary attention from wine collectors and culinary enthusiasts alike.
At last year's Naples Winter Wine Festival, an evening featuring Chef Valette's cuisine and wines commanded $25,000 per couple, ultimately raising an incredible $1 million for the festival.
Now, just days after this year's festival, Naples will have the rare opportunity to experience Chef Valette's cuisine in an entirely new and intimate setting.
For one night only, NOSH on Naples Bay will close its doors and welcome approximately 80 guests for an extraordinary four-course dinner inspired by the exclusive culinary experiences that have made Chef Valette a celebrated guest of the Naples Winter Wine Festival.
The evening's four-course menu will be thoughtfully created to complement a selection of acclaimed Valette Wines, with each course offering its own expression of the collaboration between Chef Valette and Chef Todd Johnson. Chef Valette will personally prepare one course, bringing a piece of his celebrated Sonoma culinary experience directly to NOSH for this exclusive, one-night-only experience.
