Your evening includes the immersive performance, a Poe-inspired martini, your choice of a hearty autumn savory course, and a decadent dessert.Have a seat at the bar with Edgar Allan Poe, master of the macabre, who just can’t seem to remember how he died.
At this immersive performance, you’ll enter the last place Poe was seen alive before his suspicious and sudden death, attempting to unshroud his final mystery throughout the night. Hear excerpts of classic Poe tales and poetry, sing along to rock music favorites, and laugh until you say “nevermore.”
This intimate theatrical experience blends history, comedy, music, and poetry into a one-of-a-kind night out perfect for the Halloween season.
Along with admission, your ticket includes one Poe-inspired martini, a choice of sausage rolls or a smoked bacon and apple butter grilled cheese, and dessert. Guests are encouraged to arrive in costume or wear Poe-themed attire. See our moodboard for suggestions.
Find yourself transported in this candlelit evening reverie with no shortage of spirits–both the kind you find off the shelf and out of its grave. Indulge in 75 minutes of interactive storytelling where you’ll end the night raising a ghostly glass to king of the gothic, Poe.
Stageplay written by Chloë Williams-Garcia and music by Korinne Myers, featuring Jason Whitaker as Edgar Allan Poe.
