Join us on Saturday, November 14, for an intimate evening with Thomas Spotteck, winemaker at Lenz Winery on Long Island’s North Fork.

For this special occasion, Executive Chef Matthew Varga will create a five-course tasting menu thoughtfully paired with wines from Lenz. Throughout the evening, Thomas will share his approach to winemaking, the stories behind each selection, and what makes Long Island's wines so special.
