After the success of their first book together, celebrated chef John Torode and bestselling cookery writer Lisa Faulkner are back to offer simple and delicious solutions for weeknight cooking.
Having cooked together for 10 series of ITV's John & Lisa’s Kitchen, they want to encourage people to cook from scratch with foolproof recipes that are achievable and packed with flavour. They use everyday supermarket ingredients, straightforward techniques and no fancy gadgets, to give people the confidence to cook and, most importantly, enjoy creating dishes for their friends and family.
