First Course | 7:30–7:45 PM
Cajun Shrimp Crostini — Cajun butter shrimp served over toasted crostini with garlic cream, Parmesan, and fresh herbs.
Second Course | 7:50–8:20 PM
Herb & Garlic Lamb Chops — Juicy herb and garlic-marinated lamb chops finished with rosemary butter and served with creamy garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes and roasted broccolini.
Third Course | 8:25–8:45 PM
Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake — Creamy cheesecake layered with buttery crumble, fresh strawberries, cheesecake cream, and strawberry purée.
The experience also includes The Kwee Refresher, a signature zero-proof mocktail featuring strawberry purée, fresh lemon, pineapple juice, simple syrup, sparkling water, fresh strawberries, and mint.
