Join Cesar of Instruments of Healing at Gossip & Tea for an intimate experience that brings together a restful sound bath and time to connect over tea.
We’ll begin by settling onto our yoga mats for a sound bath—a listening experience where you rest comfortably as layers of instrumental sound fill the space. There is nothing to perform or get right; simply give yourself permission to pause and enjoy the moment.
Afterward, we’ll ease back into the evening with lavender tea and relaxed conversation. Come on your own or bring someone you’d love to share a peaceful evening with while supporting a local El Paso business.
No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to rest with ease. Please arrive a little early to park and settle into your space before the 7:30 PM start.
A Peaceful Shared Space
All ages are welcome. To help everyone enjoy the experience, participants should be comfortable resting quietly and remaining relatively still throughout the sound bath. Small adjustments for comfort are always welcome.
Please silence your phone and save conversations for our tea gathering afterward. If you’re bringing a child, please consider whether they can comfortably participate in this quiet setting.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else, or you may transfer your ticket to a future event.

Who is Cesar Lujan?
He is a Sound Healing Teacher & Frequency Carrier trained in Los Angeles, California. He has studied various healing modalities such as Crystal Healing, Holy Fire III Usui & Karuna Reiki, Metatronia Therapy, and Raindrop Technique. He utilizes all his expertise to create a magical experience that will envelop and blanket you with comfort and serenity. He holds space for you to have a personal encounter with your higher state of consciousness hence allowing for insight, ideas, clarity, release, and/ or healing to happen.

~Instruments of Healing
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience in which you rest comfortably while a trained sound practitioner plays crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments. Despite the name, no water is involved you are “bathed” in layers of sound.
As the tones and vibrations move through the space, they create an immersive environment that can help quiet mental chatter, encourage slower breathing, and support deep relaxation. There is nothing you need to do, accomplish, or know beforehand. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and allow yourself to listen.
Every Sound Bath is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotions, imagery, or simply a peaceful sense of stillness.
