? An Evening of StillnessHarvest Moon • Apple Tree Gong Bath
Friday 10th July | 7:30pm–8:30pm
Time2Breathe @ The Carlton Clinic, Crawley
As the week gently comes to a close, give yourself permission to pause.
Join us for An Evening of Stillness, a deeply restorative Gong Bath inspired by the quiet wisdom of the Apple Tree, the gentle guidance of the rune Jera, and the reflective energy of the Waning Crescent Moon.
In a world that encourages us to keep striving, achieving and doing, this evening offers something different.
An invitation to simply be.
To rest.
To surrender.
To receive.
The Apple Tree has long been a symbol of love, compassion and abundance. Yet abundance is not always found in doing more. Sometimes it is found in recognising that, for this moment, you are enough exactly as you are.
Supporting this gentle energy is the rune Jera, reminding us that all growth follows its own natural rhythm. Some seasons are for action. Others are for integration. There is wisdom in trusting both.
The Waning Crescent Moon is the moon of stillness. A time for reflection, surrender and preparing the ground before a new cycle begins. It reminds us that rest is not the absence of growth—it is part of growth itself.
? During This Gong Bath You May Experience
• Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Release of physical, emotional and mental tension
• A quieter mind and deeper sense of presence
• Space for reflection and integration
• Improved sleep and relaxation
• A feeling of grounding, peace and renewal
There is nothing you need to achieve during this evening.
Simply arrive.
Lie down.
Breathe.
Allow the sound to gently support your body and mind.
? A Reflection for the Evening
As you prepare for this journey, you may like to ask yourself:
? Where in my life am I being invited to slow down?
? What am I ready to surrender?
? What if stillness was exactly what I needed?

? What to Expect
You will be welcomed into a calm and supportive space and invited to make yourself comfortable.
The evening begins with a gentle guided relaxation before you are immersed in the healing sounds of the gongs, crystal singing bowls and sacred percussion.
Following the sound journey, we will spend a few quiet moments in stillness, allowing the vibrations to settle and integrate before gently returning to the room.
Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter, more present and deeply rested.

? A Gentle Invitation
Perhaps the greatest act of self-care is not doing more.
Perhaps it is allowing yourself to stop.
The room will be warm.
The lights will be soft.
The gongs will be waiting.
And perhaps, for one quiet hour, you will remember what stillness feels like.
Working together, creating time and space to empower change.
With warmth,
Jennifer Fox
