✨ Join Us on September 18th for Our Monthly Sound Healing ✨
We’re so excited to gather with you again for another evening of deep rest, connection, and community. As the energy of spring continues to unfold, this month’s gathering is an invitation to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself and with one another.
Here’s the flow of the evening so you know what to expect:
🌿 Doors Open at 7:00 PM
📍 213 Avenue D
We intentionally open the space 30 minutes before the experience begins to allow everyone time to fully arrive. During this transition period, we’ll be serving our house-made Herbal Tea Blend, crafted specifically for the evening to support grounding, relaxation, and presence.
🕯️ Centering Practice Begins at 7:30 PM
We’ll begin the night together with a gentle centering experience, including intention setting and a guided practice designed to align with the season and energy of the moment. Each month’s practice evolves to keep the experience fresh, nourishing, and intentional.
🎶 Sound Healing Journey
After settling in comfortably, you’ll be invited to lie down and immerse yourself in the sound healing session. Through layered vibrations and intentional sound, this experience creates space for deep relaxation, reflection, and energetic restoration — something we are truly honored to share with you.
☁️ Integration + Quiet Pause
As the session comes to a close, we’ll sit together in a few moments of silence followed by a brief 5-minute transition period. If you need to leave afterward, this will be a peaceful moment to do so.
☕ Tea & Coffee Speakeasy
For those who feel called to stay, the Helios will transform into our cozy tea & coffee speakeasy for one full hour after the session. Warm drinks, good conversation, and community connection await.
💫 Donation-Based Offering
As always, this gathering is completely donation-based. Any contribution is deeply appreciated and directly supports our ability to continue offering accessible healing experiences for everyone in the community.
