The cooler fall temperatures are moving into the Wabash Valley and we are excited to share an opportunity to enjoy a warm, relaxing evening at the Ohio Building. We always get excited with the changing of the seasons, as it presents the opportunity and challenge to focus on distinct, exciting seasonal ingredients. Saturday November 14th, we will be focusing on the versatility of the mushroom. This foundational fall ingredient will be an element of every dish. From the first course all the way through to dessert, we will incorporate as many local varieties as we can hunt down including morels, oyster mushrooms, and candy cap mushrooms just to name a few. We hope that you will join us for this 5-course celebration of one of our favorite fall time treats, the humble mushroom. The doors and more importantly the bar will open at 5 PM, with the first course being served around 6 PM. You should expect the 5-course dinner from start to finish to be around an hour and a half. Tickets are on sale now and space is limited, so don’t wait too long to reserve your spot in what we hope will be a night to remember.
