An Evening of Flamenco returns to Evergreen for another rousing night of fiery dances, intricate rhythms, and intense emotional expression. Evergreen will welcome the Flamenco Workshop, joined by percussionist Bruno Lucini and dancers from Furia Flamenca, to perform a variety of flamenco classics inspired by works of Spanish and Latin-American artists in the museum's collection. This event is supported in part by the Maryland State Arts Council (msac.org).
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
6 p.m. - Program begins
Approximately 6:45 p.m. - Intermission; sangria is served
Approximately 7:15 p.m. - Program resumes
Approximately 8 p.m. - Program concludes and churros are served.
