Join us from 6.45pm Friday 6th November for a very special garden evening when Mike and Gayle Quarmby will be talking all things bush food gardening. Mike and Gayle are at the forefront of growing bush foods here in South Australia and have been so for many years. They are one of our favourite suppliers and what they don’t know about bush foods isn’t worth knowing. The talk will encompass plant selection and care as well as how to use bush foods in your kitchen. Mike will prepare a simple and delicious stir fry of Quandong, Warrigal greens and saltbush (there will be tastings for guests). Light refreshments will be served and guests will have an exclusive shopping opportunity with 20% off plants on the night (including of course, bush food plants).
