For one special evening, we're bringing the beauty and romance of French wine country to the heart of Greenville.
Join us at The Homage Restaurant on Thursday, December 10th, as we welcome Adrien Paumard of Boisset and Jimmy McRoy of Winebow for an intimate celebration of French wine, exceptional cuisine, and the stories that bring them together.
Born in Lyon and raised in the famed Beaujolais wine region, Adrien brings more than a decade of international wine expertise and a lifelong appreciation for the traditions of French winemaking. His distinguished career includes leadership roles with M. Chapoutier and Maison Ackerman, and he currently serves as U.S. Deputy Director of Key Accounts for Boisset.
Throughout the evening, Adrien and Jimmy will guide guests through six exceptional French wines, sharing the history, craftsmanship, and unique character behind each pour.
Meanwhile, Chef Matt Cole will present six thoughtfully crafted culinary pairings, designed to complement each wine while showcasing the creativity and seasonal inspiration that define the Homage kitchen.
It's an evening designed to transport you, inspire conversation, and remind us why some of life's most memorable moments happen around a table.
