Lemon-Herb Shrimp Risotto
Butter, Parmesan, parsley and chives.
Paired with Ettore Germano Chardonnay.
Wild Mushroom & Truffle-Ricotta Ravioli
Porcini, shiitake and oyster mushrooms with sage brown butter.
Paired with Ettore Germano Langhe Nebbiolo.
Rustic Duck Ragù
Pappardelle and red wine reduction.
Paired with Ettore Germano Barolo Serralunga.
Apricot Tart
Fresh raspberries and limoncello-raspberry glaze. Served after the wine pairings.
