An Autumn Evening at the Marina is an elevated waterfront fundraiser hosted by Zephyr Development in support of Wilmington Downtown, Inc. (WDI), showcasing Downtown Wilmington’s Marina District, its restaurants, hospitality offerings and waterfront businesses.The event will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. and feature Opa by Giorgios, Coastal Greek Dining, at Port City Marina. Guests will enjoy networking, music, cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres and a riverside sunset experience, with opportunities to explore The Cove Riverwalk Villas and experience the Marina District.
A featured 20–30-minute program with WDI and Zephyr Development will explore the North Downtown riverfront’s history, current development and future potential, highlighting opportunities for continued investment and economic growth.
Proceeds will support WDI’s work to advance downtown’s economic prosperity, business vitality and continued development.
Special Ticket Offer: Through October 28, guests can purchase a two-ticket package for $200. Beginning October 29, tickets will be sold individually for $125 each. The two-ticket package will no longer be available after October 28.
