Join us at Champions Church for a special showing of An Appalachian Dawn, a documentary by George Otis Jr. telling the remarkable story of transformation in Manchester, Kentucky. For generations, Clay County faced deep challenges—including poverty, corruption, violence, and devastating drug abuse. But when a desperate group of believers cried out to God, something began to change. The presence of God brought hope to a community that had become overwhelmed by hopelessness, transforming Manchester into what became known as the “City of Hope.”
This powerful story challenges us to ask: What could happen in our own community when we come together and cry out to God?
Whether you’re a business leader, city/community leader, church leader, or simply someone who cares about our city, we invite you to come watch, be inspired, and consider what God can do when His people seek Him together.
Will you join us as we cry out for our city?
Please RSVP so we can prepare for seating.
