An Agenda-Free Sunday takes the framework of a traditional vinyasa class and creates more space to pause, investigate, and play with the poses that don't always get enough time in a weekly practice.
Beginning with foundational shapes and building from there, Alex and Bendex will break down more complex postures with time to explore technique, variations, and the steps along the way. You'll leave with practical tools to bring back to your everyday practice, greater confidence in the poses you've explored, and—just as importantly—a little more room for fun.
