Come join Angela Sincore, for a fun-filled evening celebrating sourdough, baking, and her new cookbook—we can’t wait to see you at the Sourdough Hoe-down!
Angela (a.k.a The Sourdough Hoe) is taking the intimidation out of baking sourdough bread. In this collection of her best recipes, Angela brings you right into her kitchen, where we’re wearing our hair down, cussing, eating carbs, and slapping our dough―oh, and we’re learning bagels first because they’re easy.
In no time, you’ll have mastered the Main Bitch Bagels and graduated to the Queen B Classic Artisan loaf, devouring 50+ amazing variations along the way. Bite into soft, chewy breads with bold flavors, like Bacon Cheddar Ranch Bagels, Cinnamon Raisin Sandwich Bread, Tomato Basil Focaccia, Pumpkin Spice Classic Artisan, and Chocolate Chip S’Muffins (sourdough muffins, duh). Plus, Angela’s foolproof advice on how starters, ratios, and bulk fermentation ACTUALLY work makes these recipes feel more like hanging out with your bestie, not stressing over complicated rocket science.
With this fun and unfussy cookbook, you don’t have to be traditional or “aesthetic” to make sourdough. You can just be you, flexing the delicious bread you made from scratch.
Angela Sincore started making sourdough as a way to cope with losing her dad and accidentally built The Sourdough Hoe, a community of millions where she shares her sourdough bread making journey with recipes. She curses in her kitchen, wears her hair down, and teaches sourdough exactly the way she wished someone had taught her. She also sells often-sold-out whipped tallow on her online store, Sincore Homestead. She lives in Alford, Florida.
