Same beans. Same water. One small change, and the coffee tastes completely different. We want you to taste it for yourself using an aeropress 👀

We're teaming up with Epoch Chemistry for a hands-on Aeropress morning. We change one thing, like water temperature, steep time or grind size, and you taste the difference side by side. Never used an Aeropress? Perfect, that's who this is for. You'll leave knowing how to make a better cup at home.

How the morning goes

1. Start with a baseline. Our regular batch brew and a bite, so you know what "normal" tastes like
2. Brew it yourself. Pair up, make the same coffee two ways and see what changed. We'll walk you through it and answer anything you want to ask
3. Finish with Japanese iced coffee. Brewed in a Clever Dripper with a second food pairing. It's a half-caf blend, so you won't be bouncing off the walls
