The Amy Foundation annual Gala Dinner will take place on the 24th October 2026 at the Century City Conference Centre and will showcase some of the great work the Foundation is doing with youngsters in our programmes. This is our biggest fundraising event of the year and we aim to raise R1 Million on the night attracting international and local guests alike. R1 million will keep up to 83 youngsters safely in our programmes for 12 months!With the money raised last year, we were able to continue educating and developing children and youth from challenged and vulnerable communities - In our Youth Skills Development (YSD) programmes offering Hospitality, Beauty & Wellness; Sewing & Design; Artisan Skills; Retails Readiness and Entrepreneurship and in our After School Programmes literacy, numeracy, sport, music, dance, drama, HIV/AIDS awareness. The programmes keep youngsters away from negative influences and create healthy, well-rounded, productive citizens. Our goal is to provide these youth, who have so little, with a chance at a brighter future. In just over 5 years we have placed 1 378 youngsters in employment thanks to the support of our wonderful donors, supporters, friends and partners.
