🏹 NEW WORKSHOP AT RISING PHOENIX ARCHERYAMP: Train the Mind Behind the Shot
An Interactive Mental Practice Workshop for Archers
You practice your shot—but do you know how to practice your mind?
Join Coach Loretta Galea for a 4-hour interactive workshop introducing AMP — Archery Mental Practice, a practical approach to helping archers become more aware of the information their shooting experience offers and practice with greater purpose and intention.
Participants will learn, experience, apply, reflect, and reapply as they explore practical ways to:
• Notice useful information without immediately judging or fixing
• Practice with a clear purpose and intention
• Recognize when attention moves and return it when needed
• Use Rest • Reflect • Reset to notice, learn, and begin again
• Choose a thoughtful next action from the information available
This is not four hours of sitting and listening! The workshop combines instruction, activities, reflection, and live range application so participants can practice the concepts while shooting.
