Join us for a Demo Run with Altra followed by a Yoga for Runners class taught by Spotted Dog Yoga on Sunday, February 5th at 8AM at our Running Outlet Center in Folsom!These incredible back-to-back events, centered around foot health, balance and running for health & longevity, are complimentary and open to everyone. We will start with a fun demo run at 8AM on the Johnny Cash trail, where runners can try out the all new Via Olympus, Altra’s new max-cushion road shoe. The run will be immediately followed by a special Yoga for Runners class led by Spotted Dog Yoga. The class will be held inside the store, and Yoga mats will be provided.
